This position will be with our core team in Austin, so candidates must be located in Austin or willing to relocate.

Collaborate with leadership on what we should build (roadmap)

Collaborate with design and research on how our solutions should work and look
•
Spec tickets for engineering and develop a solid backlog of fully fleshed-out projects
•
Groom tickets with engineering and adjust scope to create the most value for the required effort
•
QA tickets completed by engineering in our staging environment
•
Work with our team to improve analytics infrastructure and build reports in data visualization tools
•
Analyze product and growth experiments; summarize findings and communicate to the team
Working with design and development teams to build web and mobile applications
•
Agile and lean customer development methodologies for building products people love
•
Scaled Agile Framework or other sprint planning/project management methodologies
•
Customer research/interviewing, opportunity-mapping, and product strategy are all pluses
Lean product development, taking products from concept through to delivery and optimization
•
Writing engineering ticket specifications
•
Sprint planning, grooming web and mobile application tickets with engineers
•
QA and User Acceptance Testing after engineers have delivered functionality to staging environment
•
Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Amplitude) are a big plus
